Clinton Lanier brings 43 years of personal injury litigation experience into the courtroom in claims involving wrongful death, brain damage, orthopedic injuries, neurological injuries and other cases involving significant personal injuries and economic damages. Mr. Lanier accepts no more than 10 cases in a given calendar year enabling him to provide personalized, concierge attention and aggressive legal representation for the benefit of his clients. He is personally available to speak with his clients concerning any aspects of their cases at any time.
Clinton “Clint” Lanier received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond in 1979 and is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and Virginia. Undergraduate studies included Oxford University, England, University of Edinburgh, Scotland and Old Dominion University, Virginia. He is the author of “MacArthur and the Philippine Army” (Old Dominion University Press 1975) and was the distinguished recipient of the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Memorial scholarship which facilitated his overseas studies.
