Clinton “Clint” Lanier received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond in 1979 and is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, Montana and Virginia. Undergraduate studies included Oxford University, England, University of Edinburgh, Scotland and Old Dominion University, Virginia. He is the author of “MacArthur and the Philippine Army” (Old Dominion University Press 1975) and was the distinguished recipient of the Gen. Douglas MacArthur Memorial scholarship which facilitated his overseas studies.
A 36 year resident of Vero Beach and former partner in the Vero Beach law firm of Moss Henderson with 27 years experience at that firm, Clinton Lanier has provided legal services in thousands of cases during the course of his career.

In those instances where a wrongful death has occurred due to the negligence of another, Clinton Lanier provides concierge legal representation on behalf of the surviving family members to seek compensation and justice for the untimely loss of a loved one.
